Here, you’ll be asked to upload a photo of your 21+ ID in order to proceed to the Checkout page, where your contact info, shipping and billing info, and any delivery notes that you may have can all be entered. After reviewing all of your order details, your order will be submitted and our team will being to process the order as soon as possible!
Once you’ve submitted your order and one of our team members ensures that all products are in stock, a payment link will be texted to you through Square Banking and you’ll receive an email that your order is Pending Payment. This link will allow you to confirm your Order Total before using your debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. to complete your payment. Once we receive your payment, your order will be moved to Processing
Suffolk County: All orders placed and paid for before 6pm will be delivered the SAME DAY on our earliest possible round of orders. We try to estimate that your order will be delivered within 4 hours of payment, however this may vary based on order quantities and daily traffic. You will receive a text from Shipday Tracking once a driver has picked up your order as well as a text with a Tracking Link when your driver leaves the delivery location before yours. Our drivers will always call/text upon arrival and are vigilant in following any delivery instructions that you may have Nassau County: Due to our location in Mastic, all orders will be delivered the NEXT DAY to ensure an efficient and accurate delivery time for all customers. Once your order has been paid for, your order will leave for delivery at 11am the following morning. At this time, you will receive a text from Shipday Tracking that a driver has picked up your order as well as a text with a Tracking Link when your driver leaves the delivery location before yours. Our drivers will always call/text upon arrival and are vigilant in following any delivery instructions that you may have 🙂
Orders are usually sent out in rounds with multiple orders. Once your driver is on the way to you, you will receive a text message with a link to track your them. Drivers will arrive in unmarked vehicles and call/text you when they arrive First Time Orders are required to be present at the time of delivery to present ID and sign for their package Please leave any specific delivery instructions at the checkout page!
When you sign up for a new account on EZBud.com, each order you place under the account will receive 1 point for every $1 spent. the points are saved to your account, and are available to use for a discount once you have accumulated 250 points.
Once you have an account, you can refer up to 5 people per month. You will receive $10 and they will receive $10. Visit ezbud.com/share to send out your invites.
EZ Bud now offers Express Delivery, allowing customers to receive their orders within 1-2 hours of payment for an additional charge through Uber Courier! Simply select “Express Delivery” for your Delivery Type at Checkout and place your order as normal. Once your order is received by our warehouse, a representative will call you in order to confirm your new delivery fee and send out your payment link. You will receive a text with a confirmation pin number once your order is out for delivery. *Express orders CAN NOT be left in mailboxes, front desks etc. You MUST be present at delivery time to provide the confirmation pin to your driver*
Returns on damaged product cannot be made after 24 hours from the time your order was delivered. Items may only be returned if they are damaged or unusable. We DO NOT accept returns on any flower products. If you have requested a contactless delivery, EZ Bud is not responsible for any stolen orders and a refund will not be issued.
